As I mentioned in my video review: it is simply unrealistic and ridiculous that EVERYONE can build bloody FACTORIES in a matter of hours - this should never have been so - because the game is going for realism, and in reality you don't see 8 billion people on earth all running around and building bloody FACTORIES.
Building a factory should be, just as in real life, an end game achievement, only possible if done by hundreds if not thousands of players together with combined efforts of multiple people specialized in different things (miners, builders, engineers, electricians).
It is horrendously STUPID that you can click a few buttons on the interface, wait a bit and - voila - you just built a WHOLE DAMN FACTORY .... ugh.

I'm with this 100%. However...

 

... for new players this is hitting really hard. I don't have the quantas, I have nothing and now I'm completely paralysed making this game 0% fun :( 

[Day 3 Player - This Patch that has Just Landed]

I'm a week in, was loving the game, addicted even. Patch hit, completely paralysed in anything I can do, fun gone, canceled sub. Gutted ? 

 

This patch hits the new guys hard, really hard. Other players with tons of money will just buy their way out and carry on playing. New guys are basically gimped and will have to wait days/weeks for just a basic way of getting by. Absolutely zero fun in that. Seriously gutted ?

 

Probably for the best before I lose my wife and kids...

If you are moving to another place you can create a blueprint, disassemble, move the parts, redeploy from blueprint at the new location. The industries will forget the recipes but the links will remain. Name of industries does reset too.

Hi all, a bit late to this thread. I'm wanting to do a move from Sanctuary to another planet and want to move my mini factory with me. Understand how to blueprint but how on earth do you disassemble all the industry machines and pack them to move? I'm using the starter xs static core you get from the tutorial start. Thank you in advance ?
