I too have a support ticket that is now 28 days old with no response. That seems excessive, even for a beta. I ping the ticket about once a week but no response. Due to game freezes during the territory unit tutorial I never received a sanctuary territory unit. Now I can't get one and that is pretty much the end of my fun and my money.
Ignored by Support. Anyone else?
