Unable to connect to MyDU

Hello, I'm trying to connect to MyDU but I can't because it tells me "unknown server error". 

When I watch the explanatory video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiWNht85258, I have to open my browser and type: https://my IP:12000 to access the back office.

But I'm stuck at this level, I tried to create a rule with my antivirus but still nothing. I tried with Firefox, my default browser and Chrome but I still can't do it.

I can connect with my printer IPs, as well as my internet box IP but not with my computer IP.

I really need help, thank you.
