Can I Buy a Sanctuary TU?

I missed out on the Kickstarter, but I've been playing since beta. This means I missed the boat on the Sanctuary plots and 'pets'.

Is it possible to add Sanctuary TUs to the market or sell them using real money? I would like to get a couple or three plots.
