Questions about DU Planets

I've embarked on a little project looking at fuel economy and time saving when travelling between planets.  Can anyone answer these questions please?

  1. What is the circumference or diameter of the planets ? (not interested in the moons).
  2. How fast do the planets rotate? or how long does it take to complete 1 revolution?
  3. Incidental question - Are the planets spherical or oblate spheroids like Earth?

It is notable that while the vast majority of tiles will be hexagons, due to the nature of a spherical shape, a few tiles will be pentagons in order to cover the entirety of a planet.

The Wiki says that for geometrical reasons some tiles on the poles have to be pentas instead of hexes. But I have yet to encounter one of those. And it should not change the sphere, but in contrary enforce that form.

Alioth Diameter 126067.8984375 km (practically earth-like)
Sanctuary Diameter 83400 km

For Thades and Madis there only is the surface area. Use A=4 pi r^2 to get the radius.

The wiki information is wrong. The `atlas.lua` file has the radius for each planet, in meters. Alioth has 126km of radius, around 1.26su total. Earth is somewhere around 12k km IIRC.
