This is a ridiculous experience

When core limits were introduced, we were told we would be getting some sort of quick dismantle tool to allow us to take apart a construct quickly in order to free up the construct slot.  It hasn't materialised and I am trying to take one apart by hand.  I am left with this:
 

 

After about 10 minutes of searching I still haven't managed to find that transparent screen.  While I've been enjoying the game so far, I find this particular piece very frustrating.  I could abandon the core but then I wouldn't be able to put it up somewhere else without replacing the core and screen.  I think I had a similar issue during beta but I found it eventually by trial and error.  Not so much this time.

 

Any suggestions?

Drag a ship across the build area and see where it hangs up? Maybe that will work.

I think you can walk and fly through these ones?

You can walk through them from one side, but not the other.  Makes a handy one-way door, or a pit trap 😁
