The first time it launched, I had a window pop up for the anti-cheat. I clicked ok and it closed and nothing else happened. I then launched it again, but this time nothing opened at all. I turned off AVG (anti-virus) to make sure it was not blocking it. I get nothing. Nothing at all. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Palorian Posted September 27, 2022 Author Share Posted September 27, 2022 So what I noticed is the developer does not have anyone checking the forums here or on Steam, to look for people having issues on the day the game releases. This gives a very bad feeling, in regards to the game and the community in general. My Steam library is full of games that I was present on the day of release. With no exceptions, every game in my library at least had a community representative lurking the forums. If nothing else, you could at least expect a reply from them asking "Could you post your specs?". I never even got that with this one. At this point, I would not even worry about replying to this. I am just going to uninstall. My library is full of enough regrets and going off of how I feel about this game right now, there is no reason to add any more. I finally got some random person on Discord to suggest I start a ticket, but at this point I am not investing any more energy into something not even the developer cares about. I mean, not even a community representative visiting the forums on Launch Day? Since it was the demo and I was never even able to play it, I have not been given the option of leaving a review. The person who replied to you on Discord was right: for this kind of issue, there is unfortunately no other way than contacting the Customer Support and mentioning your computer specs in the ticket. We can't make a proper follow up individually if each person having an issue post on a public platform like the forum and does not contact our Customer Support team. Best Regards, Nyzaltar. I'm wondering if i've had my ability to report a post restricted or something. I've been on these forums a while, and i've probably reported quite a few posts. Maybe too many? I don't know. But i think the majority of them have been people who've eventually been banned from the forums. Or malicious phishing posts like the one above. I stopped bothering to report these Phishing scams because "This comment is okay, but I want to tell a moderator about it" as the only option seems a bit condescending. I've reported several of those spam posts in the past. Including the one above and the other post from that same user that is still up too. And they never get taken down. It is especially annoying when there are withdrawal problems on gambling platforms and the developers can offer no advice or say how to deal with it.
