"My products" should give me more information

Hello,

 

I logged into my account on the website to check my subscription and see which package I was entitled to at launch.

No information is available. Also, I cannot extend my subscription.

Since you are going to reward players who have paid more than 13 months, you have this information.
It would be nice as a player to know which pack we are entitled to.

We had a history of our account on Ultima online 25 years ago. This seems to me to be an essential feature of this kind of subscription.

You can extend your subscription by way of purchasing time from Markee Dragon's site, an official partner.  I wish I could help on the purchase history and other details that either were and/or should be listed on our account information.

I also think this feature should be on the website.
 


The only way of checking your purchase history right now is with Xsolla.
 

1. https://www.dualuniverse.game/

2.  Login your account

3. click on "play"

4. Select a subscription (it isnt important which one) and then continue

5.  In the Pop-Up window from Xsolla click in the opper corner right on the drop down menu and choose "History"

6. Then just close the the window.
