Caladhras Posted May 11, 2022 Share Posted May 11, 2022 I have changed my mail address in the account. But after confirmation I can not use the new address in the login window. I can access the account as before only via the old mail address. Surprisingly, the new address was registered into the account. It seems the mail address in the login window is only used as "username" and has no function as mail anymore. Have I done something wrong or misunderstood? Note that it can sometimes take a little bit for the changes to propagate throughout Novaquark's various services (ie: forums, launcher, etc). If you can confirm that the new address was registered, I would wait an hour or so and if it still does not work, submit a ticket to support via https://support.dualthegame.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Give them a heads-up if you have 2FA enabled, as that feature was recently implemented and could potentially have unintended effects on this process.
