Tekhamon Posted October 11, 2021 Share Posted October 11, 2021 Every 3 or 4 connections, the play does not work and I have no other solution than to uninstall and reinstall the game to be able to play normally. Rebooting the pc or clearing the cache (impossible since play does not work) is unfortunately useless. Do you have this kind of bug, faster and easier solutions? Ghangi Posted October 12, 2021 Share Posted October 12, 2021 Uninstalling and reinstalling is the nuke it version of troubleshooting but with the nuclear fallout being that you have a chance of causing even more issues if you forget to delete every single orphaned file that isn't eliminated by the uninstaller. You can clear the cache manually by just deleting the voxel cache file but the cache most likely has nothing to do with a launcher issue. The launcher logs to out.txt for troubleshooting.
