Any way of removing the "docking" effect?

The new docking system is what it is. 
Is there a way to remove the effect? Now when I am maneuvering some of my construct, I don't see anything.
And if you are approaching a market with a small ship you just don't see anything anymore too many red circle everywhere.

I haven't played the new patch yet, but this sound like yet another "eye candy more important then usability" feature from NQ.

Do you really think anyone who developed it ever flew a ship to D6 before committing the code ?

New players spawn in speeders and are supposed to go to market to buy stuff. They will test the stuff.

It's actually useful, but there's too much of it.

 

An it really shouldn't happen if docking is allowed but you haven't hit the "dock" button yet.

I agree with XKentX.

Landing on D6 market is like " I don't like you" contest. Developers and testers didn't even try to test the most common use case ...

Is there some need to push away a ship without docking rights? Would it not be enough that the ship is unable to stick/dock? What am I missing?

And what about when we get AvA later? This magic force field would prevent any type of boarding large ships scenario.
