So maybe someone can explain to me after buying a 3 ,month description  downloading the game how i all things holy am i supposed to be able to login in to the game ? 

i tried making a new account but then get asked for game time code or recruiter code ?????  

 

Tried emailing help but until now no response

To be honest ..... I had similar problem when extending my subscription last time. Support ticket did the trick for me, Novark response to tickets is in most cases good enough.

When in doubt the support queue will always have a response (though it can be a short wait). If you're still having issues, I'd recommend and welcome you to join our Discord. Look for players marked as 'Community Helpers' but also check out the new player channel for help.

what a brilliant answer why didn't i think  of that  how   but i  have sent 4 tickets so far and  guess what  no answer   so why wont someone  here help ?

You can try to connect with the account with which you bought the subscription rather than creating a new one
