Here's an idea.. Seats (and a panel)...

rough draft.. will elaborate

Pilot Seat

Allows control of movement and navigation

Will inherit some options from Command Seat if none are available (not fitted/destroyed)

Has a talent which will unlock proficiency in using elements related to piloting

Engineering Seat

Allows access to elements on the construct, will allow engineers to apply their skill/talents to buff elements without the need to go into build mode and remove/undo element placement

Allows to set the ration for Flight/Defence/Offense using several metrics

can direct damage control and repairs through repair element(s)

Is also available as a panel for use on small construct or on static constructs

Has a talent which sets the speeds at which tuning is applied through the chair/panel by the engineer

When multiple Engineering Seats are used their functions can be divided between them if a char gets destroyed, its function can be added to another chair

Not available on XS constructs

Operations Seat

Will have access to sensors on the ship, can detect intruders, logged off characters.

Wil be able to assign targets to gunners

Occupant weapons tuning talents apply

Can assist Engineer to speed up repairs

Not available on XS constructs

Gunner Seat

Interfaces to weapons

Will take contact information from Operations Chair when present and used

Occupant gunner talents apply

Can engage assigned constructs by operations chair

Not available on XS constructs

Command Seat

Can only be used if all other chairs are trained to at least level 3

Can decide which of the three major operations of elements is selected as set in the Engineer Seat

Will provide overview of all systems, can be used to send instructions to characters seated in other chairs

Can be assigned to replace any other seat present on the ship, even when that seat is destroyed

Number of Command Seats is limited by core size 0(XS), 1(S), 2(M), 4(L)

To be continued ..
