Cant Place a Static Core Unit

I am building for the first time on the sanctuary moon, I have claimed a time and done the quests and bought the shopping list of stuff however I came back to my tile and can not place the Static Core XS it tells me to place, The error is saying I have placed the max number of this item however I have not placed one at all. any ideas?

I figured it out, I had placed a different core near the shuttle station and destroyed it, that is what was causing the conflict!

Thanks for posting back with your solution.  For stuff like this its easiest to do it in game on the support channel.  You should get help much more quickly
