Unknown. I doubt it will, but it's possible it does right now if they haven't implemented a condition yet.

I would expect talent training stops once your unsub. with the account basically getting frozen. What's more interesting for me would be how will RDMS right set by unsubbed accounts with access for subbed accounts be handled. I would expect access to remain in place but who knows.

The thing is that it would not surprise me to find NQ has actually not considered this and so you would find yourself locked out of constructs owned by an unsubbed account. In itself I can see the argument for that but the issue is that we will probably not find out until it happens as NQ wil likely not communicate on in in advance.
