Xsolla were kind enough to reply but only to refer me to DU as they say they can't do anything for me. This game is a scam. Maybe if you supplied some details, we could suggest some options. Or other people who've been caught by this supposed scam can chime in with their experiences, and those of us who've only submitted bug reports (cos it's a beta) and don't have any problems that aren't obvious server scaling issues can gasp in horror and sympathy. Starjammer Posted September 26, 2020 Share Posted September 26, 2020 I too have a support ticket that is now 28 days old with no response. That seems excessive, even for a beta. I ping the ticket about once a week but no response. Due to game freezes during the territory unit tutorial I never received a sanctuary territory unit.
