What happens to your items, tile, etc.. after you stop your sub?

I was wondering, what happens to your items, tile, etc.. after you stop your subscription or have a month or two when you not pay it?

Probably nothing, leaving markets littered with speeders from people who started the game and decided it wasn't for them

Which is why the devs wanted to rasie the subscription bar to a 3 month, 20 buck minimum, to try and stop the "idly curious" from leaving trash behind. And why they need to set a timer on the parking areas for some form of clearup.
