But now find the "My Products" field has no text - it's just blank. Is this normal? Shouldn't it have subscription information based on my activation? Haunty Posted September 2, 2020 Share Posted September 2, 2020 Mine was blank when I first looked at it just now but I refreshed the page and had to log in again, then it showed one product that I didn't actually have, so I refreshed again and then it showed my correct products. vertex Posted September 2, 2020 Share Posted September 2, 2020 I think there's not much you can do on that page anyways - so maybe just go ahead, install the client and try to launch/log in?
