Anyone tried playing with low specs?

I'd like to purchase the beta, but my laptop has nvidia 950m and the minimum is 960m. It play Ark and rust on low specs well. Anyone tried 720p or a low spec rig?

If you have an SSD, 16GB of ram, and decent CPU you should be able to play it. To be frank, though, the game has not gone through optimizations yet and probably won't for a few months. If you are okay with poor performance in market areas or areas with lots of ships and plan on playing out in the world you can run the game fine.

Let me put it this way. I can run Star Citizen at 60+ fps, but this game is literally a slideshow for me (if I'm even able to login).

Its quiet smooth for me... the only thing that gets hot is my CPU... somehow it gets on 100% on most of its cores (i7 8700K, 12 Threads on 5GHz (with OC)). 

I think the game is building the enviremental data on my PC while i walt around... after some times in an area the loead decreses drasticly.

Yeah. My i7-10700k is burning in this Game. When i am on my Plot everything is fine, but when i fly over to the Market my CPU is crying for help
