Email Adress

i recently moved email provider and im trying to change over my email adress, but for some reason it wont allow me, its just a red circle when i hover my mouse over the email, i've put in a ticket 4 days ago and just received an automated message, is the email function on account still disabled.

I suggest you send another ticket. Other than that, there's not much you can do about it client-side. It may be better to wait a bit longer. In your defence, four days should have been sufficient to receive a reply.
