I bought this game back in September 2016 with the assumption that it would be released around 2018. I then kept an eye on the KS updates for the alpha release and when the updates stopped it slipped off my radar. I just saw an ad for the DU and hopped on to update my account and get into the game only to be faced with a "please buy pack to play" and then another page saying I was ineligible to upgrade my account? Why is this the case? Surely it should be possible to pay the difference between the founder pack and the supporter pack? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think something has gone wrong with the iron founder titles in the database if it's not giving alpha access to kickstarter iron founders and removing the title from post-kickstarter iron founders. It could be you used a different email address when backing as you do here since your forum title does not reflect you are an iron founder.
