Requirements check before pledging

Hi !

(I'm not a native english speaker, so I will do my best)

I'm eager to join the alpha, and I just checked the requirements (article).
Unfortunaly, my GPU is a bit short...I have a "Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 / 2G", and the minimal is 960.

I would like to know if I will still be able to play the game before buying a pack... The two GPU seems pretty much the same, but I'm paranoid by nature !

The rest is OK :

  • I5-6400 with AVX
  • 16 GB RAM
  • 2 GB VRAM
  • Windows 10

Thanks in advice !

Thanks !

I throught that the support was using the forum, but that silly now that I think about it.

I will post their answer if others are in my case.

In the end, they don't says it won't work, just that they guarantee nothing if someone have a PC behind their minimal requirements, wich is pretty normal.

So I guess i'm just going to try my luck, and maybe upgrade my config !

If it's not to much to ask considering I'm not a dev, consider keeping your old GPU around and NQ might gather some performance statistics based off your build.

As the game gets optimized, those entry requirements should come down so who knows.

I'd agree on considering that 1660, oh, and your english is fine.  ?

Well, if the game work correctly with my config on alpha two, I will keep it for 1 or 2 more year I think.

So no problem for NQ if they want feedbacks on that !

NQ support does not read the forums, but community managers do and usually forward related questions.

But that's a lot to read and forwarding adds some delay too. So you better post directly to the support portal ;).

I guess, it is also easier for them for tracking purpose.

Provided you run a single monitor at 1080p max you should be OK. Regardless, you may want to consider an upgrade to something like the 1660ti ..

Actualy, i test the game with this config, and it's ok, not perfect

Nvidia GeForce GTX 765

I5-4200

8 GB RAM
