Pre-Alpha Forum Access?

Hi all,

 

So I have purchased the Patron package so that I can access the game now but the forums are not showing my pre-alpha forums only the public forums.  Anyone have any thoughts?  I have already logged out and back in to no avail.  I'm sure its something stupid but its escaping me.  Thank you in advance.

Seeing as some time has passed, the roles may have updated to grant you access now. If this is not the case, you can try one -or two- of following two things;

 

1. Log out of all current sessions you have, wait a few mins 15-30mins then log back in
2. If the 1st fails, contact CS or a CM - Nomad in this case as Nyzaltar is currently out of the office.
