content and feature page¿

is there web page not a forum, that list and has pictures of all current features  and content? If not one should be made to get a full picture of the game.

Not that I am aware of at this current moment. 

They probably haven't quite announced enough to do with certain aspects to do this yet. Granted they have released a lot of information, they just haven't said enough about everything. 
The game is still being built, a page like this will come soon enough - it's a good idea, don't get me wrong, I just believe there is a lot that needs to be ironed out before they make a page like that.

The devblog is your best bet to see what is planned to be implemented in depth. I'm sure most features are only partially implemented at this point in time so showing them might be difficult.
