Tnecniw Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 Soo... I saw that the pre-alpha will be avaible tomorrow, so I thought it would be neat to try and get access. So I wanted to update my pledge. Add a bit to it and such. however, when I try and access the pledge page, I get an error 500. No matter from where I access it. Is it because I pledged via the kickstarter? Or because of another reason? Halp?!
Omfgreenhair Posted March 9, 2018 Posted March 9, 2018 I had the same error. From what I've gathered is the following reasons: 1. busy traffic 2. if you're trying to use a mail address as a sign in it fails 3. you should sign in with username but be aware that username is case-sensitive.

I don't have an issue with logging in. O_O I mean I can be on the website and such, But if I go to the pledge file specificly, does it turn into a error 500.

Hmn, interesting, I'd advice to contact https://support.dualthegame.com and be as detailed as possible, including screenshots and all. Their reply rate is fairly fast!

Upgrading kickstarter pledge is currently not possible though, so you won't be able to upgrade . I have no problem with the charging full price for the upgrade part. But making people who bought a Bronze or Silver founders pack create a new account just to access the game now seems bad.

But alpha 2 is currently a mystery. The only thing we know is that it happens after alpha 1 and before beta. ~ Merwyn

It seems like it unintentionally punishes people who bought lower tier founders packs during the kickstarter. On a completely separate subject. Why do all the mods have names that start with an M?
