While I do not wish to go into details, I had to contact Novaquark recently in relation to my account. Their response was swift, polite, understanding and highly satisfactory. A special thank you to Gary, but to all at Novaquark, for assisting in my situation. Good customer service in gaming is rare nowadays, sadly, so something like this really makes a difference.
