Did you use the same email linked to the Kickstarter on the forums?  You should already automatically get the title.

 

If not, send support an email.  They will help you get your Kickstarter linked to the main site.

 

The forum title is in the only reward out at the moment, the rest will come within a year or two I imagine.

 

The alpha (arguably the most important reward) will probably be sometime this Spring/Early Summer.

The title is automatically if you used the same email. Talk to support if it doesn't work whatsoever.

 

All other physical rewards are shipped by the end of 2018, as stated on the kickstarter and their homepage
