You should try to move it on your own (I don't think users currently can), contact a moderator or alternatively empty it (edit) and create it anew in the Arkship pub. It may not be breaking a rule but it is somewhat off-topic for the simple reason: A recruitment thread in the General Section or any other area is likely to not be seen or minded as much as it would be in the Arkship Pub.
