A classic case of vision getting in the way of good game design (also known as fun). This is a post about what civilization is / can be in Dual Universe, and perhaps what went wrong. Not only can it be used to find out which radar signature sent which message (important in traffic management systems) but it can also be used to locate and destroy ships if they use their transmission systems too much.
