I got the exact same response, its an absolute joke at this point. -
I know after a month it has basically no value, but at this point, its principle for me. Won't give this game my time again until what was promised is delivered. Will continue to read forums etc to keep up on any changes, but yea. See you next year maybe?

Continuing to wait, not really sure why. I know it sounds silly, but the inability to give any real response, particularly closing in on a month after promise date has killed whatever motivation I had to put time into DU after launch. Once it does come, I'll drop it somewhere, probably let sub die and check back in a year or something.

Well, my old ticket said "this week" which has now past, I would like to see this resolved quickly. I assume Sanc spots ("nice" ones) have been snatched, but I'm not really going to bother playing until I at least log in to what I should have had on day 1. -
From what I have seen in my own reading/my own backer info, we do not get a steam key - download from the DU site and let it patch. For DACs, Silver looks to be 11, which translates to 11 months if you were to use them that way.
