Greetings All!

I'm Lady Astrum, prolific builder, writer, lover of science fiction, fantasy, and a whole number of TV shows and movies. If it's sci fi, fantasy, or has zombies in it, I probably like it.

I've been gaming for a good number of years, my first memorable game being Total Annihilation, and from there progressed to Dungeon Siege, Morrowind and other solo RPG games. My first mmo was Lord of the Rings Online, a game I had gained an immense amount of enjoyment from, during which I roleplayed and took part in arranging guild events.

I then moved on to Aion, in which I was involved in a heavy PvP guild. It was competitive and I certainly gained some experience of a strong PvP community. I grew tired of the grind eventually, and then found my way to Guild Wars 2. Following the development of this game, and waiting for its launch inspired me to try the original Guild Wars game, and enjoyed it a great deal.

After playing Guild Wars 2 for a while, I discovered Landmark (then known as Everquest Next: Landmark). In this game I enjoyed two years of voxel building, and gaining a lot of interest in building and design, during which I built quite a few creations, ranging from fantasy, to gothic, to medieval, to sci fi, and so on. Each time, learning something new, and gaining experience and enjoyment from it.

I have also played other games such as Minecraft, WoW (for a short time), Lineage II (also for a short time), the Dragon Age games, Neverwinter's Night, Bauldur's Gate, Star Wars: The Old Republic as well as a few others.

My favourite movies and TV shows are: Matrix Trilogy, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Elysium, District 9, Star Trek, Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Gravity, Live Die Repeat, What Dreams May Come, as well as others.

I love games that I can become absorbed into, and really feel like my characters exists in that world.
