  1. Hi WeeBay and welcome.

On the website header, you have the date of the next test schedule.

You can also click on the schedule (it is actually a link), which brings you to the server-status page: https://www.dualthegame.com/en/server-status/ .

    Thanks !

I throught that the support was using the forum, but that silly now that I think about it.

I will post their answer if others are in my case.

NQ support does not read the forums, but community managers do and usually forward related questions.

But that's a lot to read and forwarding adds some delay too. So you better post directly to the support portal ;).

I guess, it is also easier for them for tracking purpose.

  3. TLDR: locking necro thread.

Actually, the first necroposter is OldingDaGrund.

    • @OldingDaGrund, please have a look at the forum rules, especially " Necroposting on old threads (unpinned threads in which the last reply is older than 2 months). ".
    • @unown006, your posts would be a lot easier to read if you don't quote a wall of text each time. Also note that posting several messages in a thread instead of one bigger one may be seen as posts count boosting.
    • @Everyone, please don't reply to necroposts, this will not solve the problem. Just report them to ask moderators to lock the thread. Mentioning moderator(s) is not the way to go (first, reports are read by all moderators and CMs - second, reports are easier to review)

Thread cleaned and locked to prevent further posts.

    Hi coolba,

We did not give a date for alpha 2 right from the start as a precaution mesure, it was absolutely not a will to hide anything or to deceive backers: we gave an approximated date as soon as we were convinced to meet the deadline (to some extends... there may always be unexpected events).

We had only two choices: either announcing very early a random date without knowing at all if we could do it, or giving an approximated date as soon as we get more visibility on features planning. If we chose the first option, and if the date was indeed incorrect, this would cause a lot more deception than announcing the date later following a realistic reflection on the subject. There is no perfect solution.

However, if the alpha 2 date announcement came later, the mention "anticipated access to Alpha 2" was written from the start. This clearly showed that contributor packs don't give access to alpha 1, any date aside.

    Sincerely,
    Nyzaltar.

  5. Some posts were hidden.

I copy here the relevant part from Lethys post:

In all seriousness: idk. ppl will build stuff now that will be yuge and wonderful - some months/years later someone will surpass that by several orders of magnitude. It'll constantly change and new things will be built. Either because new ppl join who just understand the game better or because the economy takes off and more resources are available.

Such things can only happen on ASA/MSA territory ofc - as in every other zone it'll just be destroyed

@Lethys, that was a bad joke. Keep in mind that there are children around...

(also, try to avoid abbreviations please)

  6. NQ doesn't really have any choice.

Law just forbid you to use copyrighted materials and trademark companies usually see reproduction as a very bad idea (even if it is free publicity for them... but that's another discussion).

See some recent input from Nyzaltar here: https://board.dualthegame.com/index.php?/topic/14481-warhammer-40k-themed-clan/&tab=comments#comment-98467 .

  7. Someone cleaned this before me, but just to make it clear: if your message does not add to the initial discussion (in one way or the other), it probably shouldn't be here.

Let's be honest: no one will ever agrees with everyone else. But you can live with it. Starting a fight every time won't lead anywhere.

    Peace and love ?

    (or... at least love)
