BTW I made the Empire website if anyone asks just to settle all this I used a template and was baffled how people started to use the same theme since it wasn't really super well known... So if you see from some of the Empires Point of views it seems you have copied because some members may not know it's a theme as long as everything was paid for I can't do anything (yes, I paid for the theme to)

I think "Citizens" should be fine since, I have a feeling lots of organizations will have that as there starting role.
