  1. You should not force people into orgs ,if one person dedicated can have factory let them . If they have lots of ore let them make all the parts and engines they want no reason to punish them . Shouldn't be about how many accounts or how many DACs people have but about the effort someone puts in and has fun and rewarding. Seems like turning more pay to win with more schematic copying along with more mining units or like before more mission alts . If limit industry units running at a time might as well limit number of shots in PVP from guns to 1 per minute just have them do damage over time , it is the same concept just no extra cost like on industry . The main thing in the game is building and manufacturing without it or limiting it to much would cripple the game play . The manufacturers are what keeps the game play flowing . If this is introduced into the game bad there will not be enough manufacturers to fill needs . Element loss of life needs to be reintroduced back into game play it would help . Introduce recycling of parts and elements back to ore like 70% of ore cost to make with new recycling talents at max . This is time gating manufacturing with new mini game not good.This will make more people do their own Tier 1 and Tier 2 things equals less interactions between people less market activity and more machines over everyone's factories running at once . A starting player , or i.e. for all if server wipe , would be severely hampered . Time gated element making containers , engines , and ship parts . Transferring schematics every day would be a pain . Seems to many things are wrong with this , schematics are fine just maybe lower T3 thru T5 prices a little bit . Should not keep limiting game play if this is a do anything you want sand box game .
  2. Don't worry you will see what I mean if you play after release . Give it a couple months or so then you will be like oh I get it . If you played other games with them you would have already figured it out .
  3. Think about it unless you gather all things needed and build without buying or selling off others it will affect you . Also eventually DACs will cause inflation . Your progress towards the goals you want in game will be affected , your goals is you winning if you just want 2 to 5 tiles and gather all stuff make all stuff and do not trade with others sure you could build up to what you want and be satisfied but it may take a while . But if you trade with others you will be affected and your goals take longer .
  4. I know from many games how they (DACs) work . Say in DU say if one month game time is regular $10 they maybe $12 for a DAC . At the start after a wipe it will be cheaper most will not trust others for out of game purchase on website unless transfer is controlled by NQ . Lets say 20 million h if someone buys 20 in a month and sells them that is 400 million quanta more they did not have or work for . So that person instead of say 150 million first month of profits in game has 550 million instead after selling DACs . Say they are miner buy more ore , mining calibrations , pay for tax on 200 tiles , buy better mining ship goes on on ..... What if they are in industry and schematics are still in they get higher recipes that others can not get yet though they need some talents to help so they sell stuff cheaper and have advantage over others or they just buy 400 million in ore off others to make extra 30% mark up off of items crafted and sold . Maybe they are into PVP buy all stuff to deck out ship with high teir early to take over some T5 asteroids or alien core . All these scenarios and more are from them buying DACs and selling them to get more quanta in game to have advantage in one way or another and eventually it will mess with the in game markets and economy . So it is pay to win . Even if they do limit DACs to like 3 per month per IP address it is still pay to win just longer time to scale up , I would rather they did not have them but they said they would so it is their call . Anyone buying or selling on markets it will affect . I have seen this buying token and selling for in game currency in many games it ruins them . Though for someone broke in real life it does help a little but eventually you will have to grind 2 or 3 weeks to pay for a DAC to have a month game time which would be no fun so to repeat it will affect most unless you just mine build and don't trade with anyone .
  5. Most people know there will be a much needed wipe before release and DACs released . I have been playing since about 4 months after beta start . Shortly after I started playing I heard they were going to do DACs I was kind of put off by it because it is like pay to win kind of deal . I have seen this kind of system ruin some games before you will have people buy their way to progress then it ruins the economy markets kind of like people that got lots of beta accounts or subbed 10 or more accounts to exploit mission system . I do not do that I feel its more of accomplishment to have one or two accounts and not game the system to further wealth in game ; I only have one DU account . I know one person in real life that would buy $300 dollars worth of DACs in month just to say oh look at me look how far I got just to show off ; then they would not have money for real life bills or stuff for their kids . I know it will be a money maker for DU but I do not agree with its use and I quit other games for its use because it is pay to win kind of deal , then people bragging oh I got this or that it is like oh please you basically bought that with real money in a sense using DACs . So in summary I do not like the DACs system it is pay to win but maybe if they limited it to like you can buy 3 DACs per month to sell it would be better than unlimited and I have quit some games because of them . Also here come gold sellers and account sellers which is against TOS . Oh great this crap again in another game .
  6. Yes I started about 4 months after Beta release so most someone could have is about 16 million more talent points than I have so I have been on game a while too . When I went out to Sanct I pile drived my pocket speeder into the ground 450 meters in route to territory beside friend ,on a game crash, that got me into game they still play just not as much . Back when you use to get damage from running into trees . Also had pve element damage shortly there . So I know how it is . Just there has been so many exploits and abuses went on and no punishment or taking back of profits. The game also can not survive on the player base it has now . If I were new to the game and found out no wipe and people abused system to get where they are today I would not give the game another thought , and like most I would not play as new player . Sure my character, I just have one , is worth billions and the time I spent on is a lot but it would not be fair to new incoming players and they would not show up and pay to be that far behind. So as I stated either total wipe is good or two complete separate one legacy and one fresh server is the only way to go . Also I got 58,807,100 talent points I did a lot into mining and industry .
  7. Full wipe would be good . Just give beta players like 5 million talent points . But the game at release has to be all bugs worked out and all things put in game tested before release . If server is fresh clean slate for everyone there will be more new players paying accounts than there is currently and currently it is a lot of non paying beta keys . - Like change how missions are done to make where someone who has like 10 or more accounts can't run all at once and abuse the system . Two accounts is fine if someone wants to have two . I just have one . -I think we should still keep schematics for industry machines though Tier 4 and Tier 5 do get it a little out of hand in price . Because if not everyone will make everything and there will be no economy and markets will not do good at all. - Also we need element lives (damage) for pve back to stimulate economy . Or a way to do good to all is have a legacy server and a complete fresh release server so many can keep their creations and still have fun .
  8. Voxel Precision Tool great idea I think alot of people will enjoy and use to help build . Stacked elements a good thing to get rid of them you announced like 7 months ago they were going to be gone . But the limit on cores is to excessive . This is a building game where players create things that is the main draw of the game for many . Please increase the personal core limit from the 17 with max talents to like 30 with max talents and then have cores for mining units in addition to this trained up at same time as personal core talents to have like 25 mining unit cores to be only used for mining example below : Level 1 personal & mining core units +2 per Level trained = +2 to personal cores & +2 to mining unit cores Then the organization core training may take a month to train so start with the 15 cores to allocate for it and maybe max train have like 30 or 40 cores for it . It would seem best to limit number of organizations joined to 2 . Keep the limit of 1625 for total cores but something has to be done about people abusing the system and having 5 or 10 alt characters . That and VR was the reason they abused the mission system and they will abuse this as well if something else is not done about it . It is not they enjoy playing 10 characters on 10 accounts but they do so to manipulate economy to say oh look at me I am rich while ruining game economy at the same time . So if nothing is done about it they will side step this core count restriction . I know you may say oh its more money for DU coffers but some are on Beta keys so . Nothing against someone having an alt or 2 and having fun as long as not abusing it. So in closing thank you for listening and I think 30 personal cores then 25 mining cores and 30 to 40 org cores would be alot better but not to far overboard so people can build and not feel too restricted . P.S. Extra Beta keys were to be given to brand new players not to alts . Thank you again.
  9. Just to clarify person said attacker was warping and the attacked was warping while everyone is supposed to be immobilized . While moving at 3.5 SU a second I thought all command seats and gunner seats were unusable during warp . If this is fine with NQ I believe it will have bad impact on game .Thank you for response in advance .
  10. The tax per tile is good if lowered it will set in more inflation and people will want lots of tiles each . Airbrakes are good my ships are fine builders just have to think more. Amount of charges for miners could be doubled at least so can recalibrate more if have say 50 on 5 tiles. Can we mine surface ore on unclaimed tiles ( to help new players also pay for tax)? Can we have more safe zone asteroids with small amounts of T3 for warp cell production if not warping may fade to hardly being used ?
