  1. So it looks like Lithium, which is currently the lightest material (5.3kg/m3) and ship builders use it for speed centered crafts is increasing the weight by almost 5x (25kg/m3) which puts it on even grounds with Carbon. Historically Lithium has been almost 1/5 the weight of Carbon, so it does not make sense to now make them equal. Even the new lightest materials will be increasing by almost twice this current value (10kg/m3). Plastic is also increasing by 42%, which is very commonly used in PvE ships for voxel. This of course combined with the recent adjustor and max speed calculations means that ships that have no foot in PvP at all are going to be negatively effected by this change. This will be most noticeable on XS and S ships. My suggestion would be to keep Lithium where it is as the lightest material, and also move plastic to "building material" category and make their resistances and HP to match. This will preserve its use in PvE ship design without causing it to be overpowered comparatively in PvP use. Otherwise ships looking to save weight will be reduced to being made out of wood, which I'm sure we can all agree isn't how a spacecraft should look.
  2. As a player that has been playing since the start of beta I consider myself fairly conservative in the amount of cores I have compared to many other long term players. I've accumulated multiple bases, a few player ran shops, space stations, and a few dozen ships. I also run quite a few mining I am also apart of a few orgs that have very large projects (cities that are well over 200 cores). Most players that have been playing for more than a few months utilize a personal org where they are the Super Legate and have trained the talents to expand the amount of constructs they can have. Simply put the current limit of 17 personal slots is far too low. With the latest patch of Mining Units and those each requiring a core to mine I am well beyond what the proposed changes will allow even designating 100% of my allotted slots to my personal org and have none to donate to other orgs. This also includes the cores from my 1 alt account as well which would bring my total allotted cores to 74. At this point I would not only have to reduce the amount of cores I own currently, but would prevent me as a player progressing further in the game. I believe that player contribution to an org could be a step in the right direction, but there should be a baseline of construct slots that an org has that can be increased through means of contributing players, but not at the cost of limiting that player. I completely understand that nesting orgs are a problem that need to be addressed. Currently, with T5 talents an org tops out at 275 constructs, and can essentially have infinite sub orgs resulting in there being no limit. First and foremost this need to be corrected instead of implementing a fix that will negatively effect all players, instead of just those that are abusing the current system. I believe a good way of doing this without eliminating sub orgs would be to make it so that Orgs that have another Org as a Super Legate are either not given any constructs by default, or given a very small amount.
  3. To NQ: Are Container Hub links limits something that is due to engine limitation, or is it a design choice? Is there any possibility in the future of being able to link more than 1 dispenser to a container hub? Being able to run 10 dispensers off 1 container hub would be a life changer for the shop that I run. If the link limits are not an engine limitation, is there any possability of being able to link more than 10 IN / 10 out either possibly through talents or advanced tier hubs?
  4. Are link limitations a design choice or a limitation of the engine? Looking specifically at Dispensers, where only 1 dispenser can be hooked up per hub. For player run shops this creates a TON of headache since you need a container hub per dispenser. If this is not a limitation of the engine, could we possible see higher tier container hubs that allow additional links? Being able to link 10 dispensers to 1 container hub would be a godsend.
