  1. HI NQ, It would appear that the damage to keep a base shield in combat lock in the second phase of an attack, has no minimum value. IE: 1 damage resets the timer. To improve this mechanic and avoid trolling which is being used at the moment, I suggest a minimum amount of damage to be able to reset the timer such as 50k per minute or so, i dont know what the right number is but the community can suggest it. Otherwise set a 30 minute timer and if the shield is not depleted in the 30 minutes, then the shield is reset to normal.
  2. 1. Introduction of talents that reduce cost, and increase volume to schematics, perhaps even reduce time to run. 2. Reduction of Territory taxes in line with current t1 ore prices. This should close the wounds for a while, until more faucets are introduced, and should allow better access to pvp loses that can be sustained. Right? ducking for cover.....
