so when do we get these packages? just sometime in the next 6 months ish? as well as im slightly confused on it lol because it says 6-12 months subscription would put you at the 2nd tier but im listed as "Member" yet i had my subscription for atleast 6 months, i practically lived in the game when it hit open beta

look it is what it is, this game had major promise and i spent hours everyday grinding at this game and was so excited for it i got everyone i could on, but you guys got too popular too fast, you let it go to your head and stopped listening to the majority of your fan base and who got you where you were. you had that mentality that "o well, we're popular now, we dont need you anymore." and now in a last ditch effort you're trying to wipe the progress of your last few member and resale a game called "DUAL" universe with 1 universe lmao trying to milk this one for all its worth when you could have just improved the game the way your fans were cheering you on for so long to do. well good luck and hope you guys turn this game around one day. it could start a whole next evolution in gaming if you pull it back to how it used to be

lol gave invaluable feedback? you've lost over half your players due to NO customer service, not BAD i mean NONE at all, i opened a ticket the beginning of November when i lost a ship due to server error and had screen shots to prove it which i submitted and i think i got an email saying you guys closed the ticket just a week or 2 ago and nothing was ever done about it, that was before schematics. Not to mention MOST of the things you guys have promised the players in "coming soon" patches you've failed to deliver on. The most recent being the mission system you hyped everyone up about, we all thought "oh finally some PvE stuff and a way to get quanta besides just login and the market and actually gives us something to do" aaaand here we are patched up with the missions system currently "disabled" though im sure itll most likely be disabled indefinitely. Seems to me you guys are essentially a smaller shittier knock off of star citizen at this point until you can actually listen to your customers and follow through with atleast 1 of your promises.
