  1. Hi JC and team, I'm glad you think you've heard us. I've also heard you and have been looking for actual updates after 6 months of subscription billing. Not necessarily implemented, but maybe a developer update on what the progress is like on different features (if any) during this subscription alpha. the lack thereof is reflected in the lack of my continous payment of 3 accounts. I bid you farewell and good luck. You're not the only single shard games out there, even though you claim to have reinvented the wheel somehow. We don't need you to reinvent the wheel, just deliver a decent product. Farewell. Unsubbed. fly safe all. o7
  2. Did they force you at gunpoint? "someone told me i have to pay for rent now, while the house is under construction, if i want to live there later." And you ... said yes and then aren't happy. hmmmmmmm In the meantime, I guess that THAT got fixed, because i went to see, and 15 has all terminals and whatnot.
  3. the discussion swayed into "state of the game territory", so i tried explaining how it is moot. the game is in the state it is. People using an exploit should be recorded and reported. Dev will take care at some point in time or not, depending on their priorities. It being a Beta (paid or not) state, i expect lots of exploits on my merry way and my expectations are managed accordingly. Should the dev not do anything about it, well, up to everyone to make up their own minds about it.
  4. stop acting as if this were a beta. We're far from the "beta" state of the 90s and early 2000s. This isn't even a complete vertical slice. But the subs helped with a cash injection, wich appears to have been needed. That being said, the game needs a few more gameplay loops other than mining, because, while it's chilling, Minecraft's mining and building loop is more polished, and modded MC with galacticraft and mekanism is a really good alternative here... lol.
  5. you know... you can justr run the installer again, point to the same install location, make a new cache location and it's done. No game files will be removed nor overwritten, and the new cache location is (obviously) empty. Copy your old cache files over, Done. No need to create hard/reference links on your filesystem.
