Once we'd established a fleet I don't see the harm. In selling a few replica's but that'd be after we'd established a fleet to defend / build reputation, if you're a trek fan you could even join us for a short while and be a crewman on an enterprise?

Hello all, I know this game attracts others like me who want to build ships and buildings and other constructs from our favorite films and shows, I want to create upon launch a guild based around small groups collaborating to work on their own fandoms, so We'd have a star wars outpost with a star wars like cantina and star destroyers patrolling, we'd have an outpost with federation headquaters where we'd have a couple USS enterprise designs defending, we'd have a battlestar Galactica fleet if there where fans that wanted to, I think this would allow us to have somewhere to roleplay, somewhere to go when you want to fly on a certain ship as a crewman, we would be friendly to strangers, send out huge ships to mine non federation worlds for resources to be shared throughout the federation and defend trade routes and gain followers, right now obviously this is all a dream but I was wondering how many people would be interested in joining it if it came to fruition?

I'll be roleplaying the whole time, at first I'll strike it alone and gather some resources then I'll find an empty system, lay claim to some land and start my own empire, the federation of fandems. Like the federation we will police our selves and accept new members, if stargates are a thing in game we'll all be linked through a central hub to allow access between outposts

I want something similar to treks uniform... Obviously

And as for you lone wolves... We always need a firefly and it just wouldn't be firefly if you were "officially" federation

I'm planning on building a "federation of fandems" hopefully building up a well known empire and a friendly pit stop for players to do jobs/ do there own thing/ have somewhere to call home. Maybe even build a fleet and create a "safe PvP" area whee we protect trade routes etc... Imagine you're a pirate trying to steal some loot and a star destroyer and the enterprise drop out of warp, release some small attack ships and rain down firey justice.

I plan on building an empire build on different sci fi fandom's, each outpost being a different show or film, I'm going to start with some star trek stuff and I won't be recruiting/ planning anything until we have a solid release date but if you wanna build some star wars outposts and join us I think it'd be interesting

As a federation officer I must condone Narcotics, however as a stoned federation officer I say.. Party on! Simulated drug cartels incoming!

This would make cities and outposts really interesting, maybe on planets with loads of sandstorms all the buildings would be built with no windows and solid doors as not to disrupt life too much

So me personally, I like the idea of building an empire, claiming a planet and working with groups of fans to recreate things from famous sci fi shows and movies, sending out huge famous ships like the enterprise and star destroyers filled with people to mine out other planets and return home with the materials to keep building more ships and bigger cities, obviously all that depends on the community so I was wondering what you guys where planning to do? Build a home or just explore endlessly?
