  1. Hi, I do not understand how the bonus works on Talents and Money... I am a Patron backer, so I believe I should have the Exotic Pack. However, at launch I do not have any "bonus" Talent Points or money (h). The only money I have is from the Daily Log-In reward that everyone gets and the only Talents I have are from queuing... What should I start with as a Patron/Exotic Pack and how are the bonuses received? Also, should I be getting a bonus to the Accumulation Rate of Talent Points, or is the MAX 180/min? If the MAX is 180/min then how do I receive the bonus that is supposed to be 3M per month and 52.0 Million over 6 months? Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I have read through the forum and all the info I can find elsewhere, but the explanation of HOW the rewards are delivered still escape me. As I do not seem to have any money or talent bonuses. Thanks
  2. I am not sure if it is the official reason for the name. However, what I have thought for a while is that the name is related to how death is handled in the game. When you die, you are not resurrected into the same universe. Instead you spawn in an alternate, yet identical, universe where everything is exactly the same. The in-game lore is that humans have "mastered the multiverse". When you die you are "reborn" into the alternate (or dual) universe. I believe this is based on the quantum physics (albeit absurd) theory that there are an infinite number of alternate universes and that every possible action that can happen does happen in one of those 'alternate' universes. Thus, in game when you die, you are truly dead in your universe, but your 'consciousness' is 'transitioned' to one of those alternate universes where you are not dead. Kinda silly imho, but it is only a game and I give NQ credit for a unique take on the re-spawn after death mechanic.
  3. While we are all very happy it worked for you, for many of us it is way past a "bug". The tutorial is broken! I have tried more than a dozen times (more like fifteen) and never a floor. One time I was dropped into an ocean and sank to the floor of that! No number of Exit Tutorials or reloading game fixed the issue. It is broken. Now, many of us have the additional joy of being disconnected on a reoccurring basis to add to the frustration.
  4. To all of you recommending the tutorials... They are broken
  5. I am having an issue with the Building Tutorial I have spawned in and had to exit many times because the floor of the tutorial building never loads! All of the other elements (cores, doors, ect) are suspended high in the air and I have no way to reach them. I checked a video online and tutorial is supposed to be in a building with a floor, but for me it is not rendering. I have closed and restarted the game several times. Same here. On one of the spawn-in to the Building Tutorial I was not on solid ground but an ocean. Of course I immediately sank to the bottom and was walking around on the bottom of an ocean. Interestingly, I came to a beach where I could clearly see a lake. I was at a lake, on the beach, on the floor of an ocean! In the Building Tutorial! ? Yea, the devs have a lot of work to do.
  6. If you have not finished the initial tutorial and gotten away from the starter station, then I would suggest trying that. For me, the stater station is basically a slide-show of terrible FPS. However, once a moved to the Sanctuary Moon and got away from the hub, the FPS improved dramatically.
