I tried to pledge twice this weekend. My main email address, which I have signed up for the news emails, wouldn't let me create a game or forum account. Tried purchasing, got an error. Tried an alternative email address, got signed up on the game site and forums, but another error while trying to pledge. I heard back from Xsolla about my alternate email purchase, they said it would be refunded, even though I never got sent a purchase confirmation via email. If my first email account was charged as well (I didn't hit the send customer support ticket on that one), I'm going to be pissed. So much for the IGN promotion discount as well, once entered, even if there's an error in the purchase, it's invalid.
