This is factually incorrect on several fronts. You could scan down an asteroid yourself.

I do and by time I get there even If I am hounding the scanner refreshing often I get there and there are at least 10 ships already there. I scan and have a script that aligns my ship and the ship has max speed of 37000 and going to roids close to where I am I still don't arrive first. Before we could scan and arrive to a roid and have some time alone to mine. now with so few its a bonanza on every one! I'll take what I get but its not relaxing mining anymore and I have to watch the scanner for hours just to get a chance of getting there before everything good is gone!

  2. So far all replies assume I want to PVP 🤮 All I want to do is build ships/Bases and program in Lua but to do these things I need ore. This first come first serve safe zone asteroid mining is what I'm mad about! Too many people and not enough asteroids! AND many of the people I've seen are known PVP'ers! What the hell! Just saying it was much more relaxing to get off work and do some astromining to get mats to build.

There needs to be separation between PVP mats and general building mats. Give the PVP'ers more reasons to be mining their roids and leave us "Carebears" alone to play in our sandbox!

  3. I haven't posted a lot here but I feel the need to vent!
It is nearly impossible to get valuable ores off of safe zone asteroids now due to the 20 or more players on each roid competing for the resources.

Only way to get them is to wait for one to NEWLY pop up in RUMOURED and be quick about getting there. NQ turned this into a waiting game followed by a race to the rock! Popping out one roid every hour is NOT a good way to limit ore. Please reconsider this change. It would be much better if 5 to 10 were released at a time so that it would thin the heard!
This is not fun and I have lost the will to even play.

I will attempt to give a better picture regarding blueprints, what I can confirm is that in the event of a reset you will keep:

    • Any Core Blueprints in your Nanopack.
    • Any Core Blueprints inside Packages in your Nanopack.
    • Any Core Blueprints inside Containers on constructs in your personal ownership.
    • Any Core Blueprints inside Packages inside Containers on constructs in your personal ownership.

If you're the Super Legate of an organization you will also receive:

    • Any Core Blueprints inside Containers on constructs in the organizations ownership.
    • Any Core Blueprints inside Packages inside Containers on constructs in the organizations ownership.

I hope this clarifies it a little bit. :)

Why do you guys always have to be so sly? Can you not just come out and say that constructs will be or will not be removed? This kind of behavior is what's driving the original players away!

Yes - it is absolutely essential that we be allowed to extended vertices 1.5 voxel away from zeroed. If they limit us to 1 voxel in the future, it will break so many amazing builds and make many feats of voxelmancy impossible. And for what? Why would we need to limit this?

The blog said nothing about reducing the move limit of a point! you will still be able to move a point 1.5 vx in any direction

  6. While your in there coding this feature please provide better hitbox collision and feedback for objects while placing for both objects on the construct and the item being placed! Far too often there is some invisible area where it just will not place. The feedback could be on where the collision is taking place and a highlight part on the construct that is causing the collision.
