In agreement with Joaco. The point is not that DU is a cooperative game. The point is that it is advertised in a certain way but then the gameplay forces you to follow an industrial path that for many is pure boredom. It is good for me to overcome difficulties, but there is always to remember that this is a game: we must be able to have fun in what we do. And I must be able to have fun even if I choose to play alone. It would also suit me if the non-fun part was necessary but short. But industry is a cornerstone of the game today. And it's a pretty big hinge. At this moment preventing players from buying anything on the market will only choke the game of solitary players, who will sooner or later be forced to use the industry, devoting their time to boring activities to have a few moments of fun. Let's be clear: often real life is like this. But this is a game.

No exist a module or elements for dock ships. You can to do anytime simply place a small on a bigger. But you cant dock if elements of smallest have a contact with elements of biggest. Some time ago was in this way but think is no changed.

The main problem is a question of expectations and type of platform. SL is great as regards the building and honestly even superior to DU as regards the detail that can be included. But SL is not an MMO in the strict sense. It is much more of a metaverse. In SL you can build as much as you want and how you want (within the technical limits of the SIM) without being tied to any economic system. DU is not like that: everything you do is contextualized and inserted into the socio-economic ecosystem. In SL the terraforming tools are always available to everyone. In DU everything is regulated by talents that must be progressively unlocked over time. In SL you are whoever you want and at any time you can be something else. As long as you have a sim, you are practically God. In DU ... well ... no. And you can't be because otherwise everyone should be and ... well ... it wouldn't be DU anymore. It would be SL. But you can join the big orgs and tell them that you are a builder, that you will only do that and be honest with what you want. I know at least a couple of very strong orgs that let their members do what they really want, and they have some great builders. If you want to be a lone player and do it all by yourself well ... I am and it's tough. I can't do everything I want. I fit. But there are other better organized loners who do great things. I think you simply have an erroneous expectation about DU, it is not DU that is incomplete (not just at least ...)

"you only have one chance for a good first impression" I'm a player like many others and an Alpha1 tester. I am not an NQ employee but I am sincerely sorry your experience was so broken. I know there are big problems and I'm a little frustrated too. Hope you can resolve and get your money back. In any case, after a year and a half of tests (and critical problems) I can say with absolute certainty that this game, for beauty and possibility, has no equal at the moment.

The floor is made of voxel. Tried changing the quality of the voxels from the graphics settings? Lower or raise it.

Same issue and solved in few minutes. My work: 1. Check my email and read all procedure -mentioned what doing if visualize "link error" (VERY important) 2. Use "reset pwd" option 3. If email dont arrive in 30 sec / 1 minute, reload page, insert again email and click on reset button - the white button have to become yellow 4. Check email and follow instruction So it worked for me

You probably can't. I have not read the terms and conditions of subscription, but I am almost 99.9% sure that connection problems and service interruptions are not considered as an acceptable reason for a possible refund.
